Safari Price Inclusions

Our prices aim to be all-inclusive, minimizing the need for additional expenses. Key inclusions:

– Accommodation in hotels (twin/double rooms) and tents (single rooms or double rooms for couples)

– Meals (except in Juba hotels)

– Drinking water throughout the route

– Airport transfers

– Transportation in 4WD SUV vehicles and/or safari Land Cruisers with experienced drivers and fuel (maximum 3 people per vehicle)

– Camping gear, including tents, mattresses, bed sheets, and pillows

– Experienced English-speaking guides

– Permissions, police papers, entry permits, checkpoint payments, and security guards (if required)

– Visits to tribes and excursions, including payments to local communities. – Boat ride on the River Nile (if water levels permit)

Exclusions from Safari Price

The following expenses are not included in the safari price:

– Visa fees (varies by nationality: $190 for US citizens, $120 for other nationals)

– Beverages not specified in the itinerary

– COVID-19 testing (if required)

– Personal expenses: phone calls, faxes, etc.

– Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff

– Additional activities and extras not mentioned in the itinerary

– Travel and medical insurance

– Trip cancellation, travel delay, or baggage insurance

– Unforeseen charges due to delays beyond our control

– Statutory increases beyond our control
