Best Time to Visit Uganda

  • Uganda can be visited year-round, but the dry seasons (June–September and December–February)offer the best conditions for gorilla trekking, chimp tracking, and wildlife viewing. Trails are drier, visibility is better, and game viewing is excellent.
  • The green season (March–May & October–November)brings lush landscapes, fewer visitors, and great birding opportunities, though some rain is expected.
