Immerse Yourself In The Chimp Distinguished Empire
Entebbe | Kibale | Entebbe
Immerse yourself in the Kibale jungle, walk to the chimps with a ranger guide, and take with you enough drinking water, a snack, and good jungle attire. Kibale Park is known for 13 primate species such as the chimpanzees, red colobus, sooty mangabey, red-tailed monkeys, mantled guereza, olive baboon, potto, and much, more. Home of about 375 bird species and key Albertine endemics, 250 butterfly species, more mammals like elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, duikers, and much more. You will start your journey from Entebbe-Kampala or any place of your own convivence and drive to the green land of fort portal, the drive takes about 6 hours. Have stop overs for photography and lunch, basing on time you will have an optional Bigodi swamp visit | community visit. The swamp visit will merge your chances to see more of primates in particular monkeys and lots of birds for bird lovers. This is also an opportunity to reach into the community and participate in activities like coffee making, dancing local folks and making local gin after all this go to your lodge for an overnight stay. On the second day wake up early have breakfast and go for you chimp trekking which takes 1-3 hours.
